Box-Group Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

The installation of box-group mobile toilets requires step-by-step standardized operations, covering preliminary planning, main body hoisting, system connection, and other aspects. The specific process is as follows:

I. Preliminary Planning and Preparation

  1. Demand Analysis and Site Selection Evaluation
    • Estimate the pedestrian traffic volume and usage duration based on the usage scenario (such as scenic spots, construction sites, or temporary events), and select a flat area with solid soil and convenient drainage.
    • Ensure that the selected site is far from open flames and flammable materials, avoids obstructing traffic, and takes into account the privacy and convenience of users.
  2. On-Site Survey and Foundation Treatment
    • Accurately measure the site dimensions and check for underground obstacles (such as pipelines and tree roots) to avoid conflicts during subsequent construction.
    • Pour a concrete platform or lay and compact graded gravel foundation according to the self-weight and load-bearing requirements of the toilet to ensure a level and long-term stable foundation.
  3. Equipment Inspection and Route Planning
    • Open the package and check the completeness of the components, verify whether internal facilities such as sanitary ware, lighting, and ventilation fans are intact, and eliminate any transportation damage.
    • Plan the transportation route, clear obstacles, and ensure sufficient hoisting space (such as the boom range of a crane).

II. Hoisting and Positioning of the Main Structure

  1. Safe Hoisting
    • Use a crane or a large forklift operated by professionals to firmly attach the hoisting straps or steel cables to the dedicated hoisting points on the box.
    • Slowly and steadily lift the box, avoiding violent shaking. On-site personnel should stay away from the hoisting area to prevent accidents.
  2. Precise Positioning
    • Lower the box onto the foundation, adjust it to a completely fitted and level state, and use a level gauge for multi-angle calibration.
    • For multi-unit combined toilets, hoist the modules in sequence according to the design drawings to ensure accurate docking positions and uniform gaps.

III. System Connection and Internal Integration

  1. Water Supply and Drainage System Connection
    • Water supply connection: Connect to a clean water source through pre-buried pipeline interfaces using food-grade hoses or PPR pipes, and install valves and filters.
    • Drainage and sewage discharge: Lay pipelines to the designated path (such as a septic tank or municipal sewage network), ensuring tight interfaces without leakage to avoid environmental pollution.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection
    • Connect to the pre-designed water and electricity interfaces, which usually takes 1-2 hours and should be operated by a professional electrician to avoid short circuits or electric leakage risks.

IV. Other Precautions

  • Load-Bearing Requirements: The ground load-bearing capacity should be ≥5 tons per square meter, and the load-bearing standard for transportation vehicles is usually 30-40 tons.
  • Simplified Steps Reference: The installation of container-type mobile toilets can be simplified into foundation preparation (leveling the ground or a simple foundation), hoisting and placement (controlling the speed at 0.5-1 meter per second), and water and electricity connection.
