Complete Installation Process

- Check the sewage pipes: Check whether the sewage pipes are unobstructed to ensure that the sewage after use can be discharged smoothly. At the same time, confirm whether the ground level and other conditions meet the requirements, as an uneven ground may affect the stability of the mobile toilet and the normal use of internal facilities.
- Select the model and configuration: Choose the appropriate model and configuration of the mobile toilet according to actual needs, such as whether it needs to have a flushing function or be equipped with a sink.
- Prepare tools and materials: Prepare the tools and materials required for installation, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and screws. During the installation process, pay attention to protecting the surrounding environment and personnel safety to avoid damage to the surroundings or injury to personnel due to installation operations.
- Assemble the Frame Fix the base on the ground in sequence, then connect the right panel and the left and front wall panels and tighten the screws. Next, install the upper slot to support the top components and ventilation louvers, and finally cover the top cover. During this process, pay special attention to the sealing and firmness of the joints between various components, as poor sealing may lead to odor leakage, and insufficient firmness will affect the overall structural safety of the mobile toilet. - Detail Handling and Final Work Clean and organize the inside and outside of the entire toilet to remove dust and debris left during the installation process. Check and tighten all bolts and nuts to prevent loosening during use. After taking daily maintenance measures, the mobile toilet can be put into use.
