Layout Plan for Mobile Toilets in Board Rooms

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The layout of mobile toilets in board rooms should be comprehensively designed based on usage scenarios, pedestrian traffic, space utilization, and hygiene standards. The specific plan is as follows:

I. Basic Dimensions and Layout Design

  1. Single-stall Dimensions: For men's toilets, the urinal area should be at least 0.8 meters wide and 1.2 meters deep. The recommended net dimensions for a single squat/sit toilet stall (including partition) are 1.2 meters by 1.5 meters, with a partition height of at least 1.8 meters. For women's toilets, a single stall is recommended to be 1.5 meters by 1.5 meters to accommodate waste bins and other facilities.
  2. Overall Layout: The total width of men's and women's toilets is typically 3-4 meters (double-row layout) or 2-2.5 meters (single-row layout). The length should be adjusted according to the number of squat stalls, with an extension of 1.5-2 meters for each additional stall. A 0.3-meter by 0.3-meter inspection port should be reserved for sewage pipes, and an additional 10% of the size should be added in northern regions to accommodate insulation equipment.

II. Scenario Adaptation Plans

  1. Temporary Toilets on Construction Sites: Adopt a compact design (e.g., a single stall of 2.4 meters by 1.2 meters) with a modular structure for rapid deployment. The interior should be equipped with toilets, water tanks, sinks, and ventilation devices.
  2. Toilets in Scenic Spots/Parks: Expand single stalls to 1.8 meters by 2 meters, reserve a 1.5-meter-wide barrier-free passage, and add auxiliary functions such as wheelchair ramps, handrails, and solar-powered LED lights.
  3. Toilets in Large Event Venues: Adopt a modular design, combining sanitary facilities into clusters through connecting components for rapid deployment around the venue. These can be removed after the event.

III. Structure and Material Selection

  1. Frame: Choose a lightweight steel frame (e.g., square steel pipes or welded light steel) to ensure overall stability.
  2. Wall Panels and Roof: Use color-coated steel sheets or metal sandwich panels (filled with polyurethane or rock wool for insulation) for wall panels. For the roof, use waterproof and weather-resistant materials (e.g., single-layer color-coated steel sheets or composite tiles).
  3. Floor: Use non-slip and corrosion-resistant materials (e.g., checkered steel plates or fiberglass-reinforced plastic sheets). Design the floor slope to direct water toward drainage outlets to prevent water accumulation.

IV. Functional Configuration and Compliance

  1. Basic Functions: Equip with toilets, water tanks, sinks, and ventilation devices (natural ventilation or small exhaust fans).
  2. Extended Functions: Optional water-saving types (high-pressure flushing or vacuum suction), waterless types (microbial degradation or chemical treatment), and eco-friendly designs (solar lighting, rainwater harvesting).
  3. Compliance: Must comply with the Urban Public Toilet Design Standard (CJJ14-2016), with a passage width of at least 1.3 meters and barrier-free single-stall dimensions of at least 1.6 meters by 1.8 meters.

V. Installation and Maintenance

  1. Installation Steps: Level the site → position the units → connect water supply and drainage pipes (check for leaks) → connect the electrical circuit → secure and reinforce (using anchor bolts or counterweights).
  2. Maintenance Points: Daily cleaning of floors, toilets, and sinks, and replenishment of consumables; regular cleaning of pipes, replacement of seals, and recording of maintenance conditions to identify potential issues.
