Biochemical Treatment Mobile Toilet

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

A biochemical treatment mobile toilet is a type of mobile toilet that utilizes the decomposition ability of microorganisms to treat excreta, achieving harmlessness, resource utilization, and environmental protection and energy conservation. Its core principles and implementation methods are as follows:

1. Ecological Public Toilet: Combination of Solid-Liquid Separation and Microbial Decomposition Based on solid-liquid separation technology, ecological public toilets decompose feces into carbon dioxide, water, and organic fertilizer through microbial flora. During initial operation, 70-80 kilograms of water are required to activate the microbial flora, enabling subsequent water-saving and waterless flushing functions. Modern technology incorporates 5G and the Internet of Things, allowing remote monitoring of microbial flora activity, equipment status, and treatment efficiency to ensure stable system operation. Its advantages lie in resource recycling (such as returning organic fertilizer to fields) and water conservation, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary event scenarios.

2. Microbial Degradation Environmental Protection Toilet Device: Mechanical Stirring Enhances Decomposition This device periodically stirs excreta with microbial-containing filler through a mechanical transmission device to promote uniform microbial decomposition. Core components include a fermentation degradation tank, a constant temperature and humidity control system, and an exhaust pipe. Microorganisms convert excreta into compliant gases (such as carbon dioxide) for emission in a suitable environment, eliminating the need for water flushing and waste removal. The microbial strain replacement cycle is 3-6 months, with costs varying depending on the strain type (domestic strains cost 300 yuan per toilet cubicle, while imported strains cost 500 yuan per cubicle). Its characteristics include year-round applicability and pollution-free operation, making it suitable for alpine or arid regions.

3. Microbial Mobile Public Toilet: Separate Treatment of Urine and Feces This type of public toilet uses a solid-liquid separation device to divert and treat urine and feces separately: feces enter a microbial decomposition chamber and are converted into organic fertilizer; urine is treated by a purification system into reclaimed water for toilet flushing or green irrigation, forming a closed loop of 'excreta-resources'. Separate treatment improves treatment efficiency and reduces water consumption, making it suitable for eco-tourism areas or scenarios with strict environmental protection requirements.

4. Beijing Fully Automatic Mobile Toilet: Dual-System Collaborative Treatment This toilet adopts dual units of solid-liquid separation and microbial degradation: urine is separated by a special filter and then decomposed by microorganisms in a biochemical reaction tank into water, carbon dioxide, and inorganic salts, with the treated water reaching non-potable standards and being reused for flushing; solid feces are dried by heating or microbial heat generation to a moisture content below 10%, forming odorless powder. The dual-system design enables efficient treatment of both urine and feces without the need for an external water source, making it suitable for urban public areas or emergency scenarios.
