It has completed the development of multiple technologies, including the prefabricated shear wall structural system for high-rise residential buildings, the prefabricated wall panel structural system for multi-story residential buildings, and the prefabricated wall panel structural system for low-rise residential buildings. These achievements are at the domestic leading and international advanced levels and have been widely applied in projects such as prefabricated residential buildings and low- to medium-rise villas, effectively promoting the development of prefabricated housing engineering. In addition, the institute has undertaken research tasks for multiple national and local scientific and technological projects and completed consultation work for numerous prefabricated building projects at home and abroad, providing important technical support and intellectual guarantees for the progress of the industry.
At the same time, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development also plays an active role by issuing notices seeking opinions on standards related to the quality control of prefabricated concrete components, reflecting its efforts to standardize and promote the field of prefabricated housing engineering.
