Beijing Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

Beijing mobile toilet construction must adhere to the 'Beijing Temporary Facility Construction Standards', with core processes including foundation treatment, lifting and transportation, water and electricity connection, and cleaning and disinfection. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Foundation Treatment: Ensuring Stability and Load-Bearing Capacity
Construction must use concrete precast block foundations with a load-bearing capacity of at least 500kg/m² to support the overall weight of the mobile toilet and dynamic loads during use. The concrete foundation must be laid flat to prevent local settlement and structural tilting. Additionally, the foundation design must consider the repeated disassembly and reassembly characteristics of mobile toilets, ensuring that the original site can be quickly restored after relocation, minimizing environmental impact.

2. Lifting and Transportation: Standardized Operations to Ensure Safety
Mobile toilets must be lifted using specialized cranes, with each lift capable of handling 2 units to improve construction efficiency. During transportation, the tilt angle must be strictly controlled and not exceed 15° to prevent structural deformation or damage to internal facilities. Before lifting, check that the connection points between the lifting equipment and the toilet units are secure. The transportation route must be planned in advance, avoiding narrow or bumpy roads to ensure a smooth transportation process.

3. Water and Electricity Connection: Compliance with Standards and Complete Functionality
The drainage system uses PE pipes buried underground, with a pipe diameter of at least 110mm to ensure rapid排泄物 (waste) discharge and reduce the risk of blockages. Pipe joints must undergo a closed-water test, lasting 24 hours without leakage to be considered qualified. The power supply system must be connected to the municipal power grid, with a wire diameter of at least 4mm² to meet the electricity demands of lighting, ventilation, and other equipment. Water and electricity lines must be laid independently to avoid cross-interference and be clearly marked for easy maintenance.

4. Cleaning and Disinfection: Strict Compliance to Ensure Hygiene and Safety
After construction, three disinfection treatments must be carried out using disinfectants that comply with the 'Regulations on the Hygiene Management of Public Places'. Focus on comprehensive disinfection of the toilet's internal walls, floors, toilets, and ventilation openings. After disinfection, test for bacterial counts, coliform bacteria, and other indicators to ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Additionally, the toilet must be equipped with disinfectants, tissues, and other consumables, which must be regularly replenished to maintain hygiene during use.

Beijing mobile toilet construction must strictly control every aspect, from foundation construction to functional realization, all in compliance with relevant standards to ensure the stability, safety, and hygiene of the facilities.
