Beijing Express Housing Container

Admin 14 de septiembre de 2026

Beijing express housing containers, mainly residential containers, feature rapid installation, mobility, and reusability. Prices vary significantly based on type and configuration, with common uses including construction site dormitories and office spaces.

Types and Prices
In the Beijing market, residential containers are mainly divided into three categories: brand-new packing containers, standard residential container houses, and second-hand refurbished containers. In terms of price, brand-new packing containers and standard residential container houses are more expensive due to differences in materials and craftsmanship. For example, some products range in price from 1998 yuan to 3999 yuan. Second-hand refurbished containers are relatively cheaper, with some products priced as low as 700 yuan. Additionally, rental prices typically start at 3-10 yuan per day, with a minimum lease term usually required of over 120 days.

Materials and Structure
Residential containers are primarily made of color-coated steel sheets, with frames constructed using welded steel structures, offering high strength and resistance to earthquakes and deformation. The walls are usually filled with sound-insulating and heat-insulating materials, providing good sealing and waterproofing properties. Some products are also equipped with doors, windows, distribution boxes, fluorescent lights, sockets, and other facilities, making them directly usable for living or office purposes.

Uses and Advantages
Residential containers are widely used in scenarios such as construction sites, temporary warehouses, cultural and tourism campsites, and mobile shops. Their advantages include:

  • Rapid Installation: Prefabricated in factories, they can be assembled on-site without complex civil engineering construction.
  • Mobility: Suitable for units that frequently change construction sites, they can be relocated as a whole or reused.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: Compared to traditional prefabricated houses, container houses offer better fireproofing and thermal insulation properties and can be relocated a second time later, significantly reducing overall costs.

Purchase Recommendations
When purchasing, attention should be paid to key indicators such as fire rating, sheet thickness, frame steel quality, and waterproofing techniques. For short-term projects, renting is more cost-effective; for long-term use or campsite construction, purchasing brand-new or well-maintained second-hand container houses is more suitable. Additionally, choosing local suppliers facilitates later transportation, installation, and lease return and recycling.
