Construction of Environmental Protection Mobile Toilets in Beijing

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The construction process of environmental protection mobile toilets in Beijing includes key steps such as foundation treatment, container body hoisting and sealing testing, sewage system construction, waste treatment and resource utilization, application of eco-friendly materials and modular design, as well as operation and maintenance monitoring.

Foundation treatment is the initial step in construction, requiring an assessment of the site's bearing capacity. For soft ground, adjustable-height steel structure foundation piers are used instead of traditional concrete pouring. This design not only adapts to different geological conditions but can also be removed and reused after project completion, effectively reducing construction waste and aligning with eco-friendly principles.

Container body hoisting and sealing testing must be carried out simultaneously. After the container is in place, priority is given to testing the sealing of the sewage pipeline system through air pressure tests, focusing on checking for leaks at connections. This step ensures that sewage does not seep into the soil, preventing secondary pollution and providing safety guarantees for subsequent use.

Sewage system construction employs a three-compartment septic tank technology that combines biological degradation with physical separation. During construction, precise control of the height difference between compartment partitions and the slope of connecting pipes is required to achieve stratified effects of solid sedimentation, liquid fermentation, and clarification. After the septic tank is installed, specific bacteria are introduced based on the dietary habits of the users to accelerate the initial fermentation process and improve treatment efficiency.

In the waste treatment and resource utilization phase, the amount of residual sludge from solid waste after biological degradation is significantly reduced. After removal and transportation, it must undergo compliant treatment procedures before being used for specific purposes. Wastewater, after multi-stage filtration treatment, can be used as dust suppression water on construction sites, achieving closed-loop circulation. However, standardized interface filtration and storage devices are required to ensure the feasibility of water resource recycling.

Eco-friendly materials and modular design are reflected in the use of composite materials containing recycled materials for walls, enabling individual panel replacement through modular connections and reducing overall waste generation. Internal sanitary fixtures are selected as water-saving products, with built-in heating systems and leak sensors in the water supply pipelines to prevent water waste and environmental pollution caused by low-temperature ruptures, demonstrating a full lifecycle eco-friendly design.

Operation and maintenance monitoring involves the installation of ammonia concentration, humidity, and fecal liquid level sensors to collect real-time data and set thresholds. When indicators exceed the thresholds, the system automatically prompts maintenance operations, avoiding the resource waste associated with traditional fixed-cycle maintenance and achieving intelligent and precise management.
