Beijing Container House Intelligence
Beijing has achieved numerous practical results in the intelligentization of container houses, mainly reflected in modular design, the application of intelligent construction technologies, intelligent operation and maintenance, and the development of innovative products.

Modular Design and Intelligent Construction
The E-MIC prefabricated concrete box house system introduced by China Construction First Bureau is based on digital and modular design. On the computer side, tasks such as component splitting, pipeline layout, and housing unit combination simulation can be completed. A large amount of traditional work is shifted to the factory in advance, enabling standardized and integrated production. This system differs from traditional prefabricated buildings. Construction is completed at the front-end factory, transforming the basic building units into three types: prefabricated concrete modules, prefabricated beams, and prefabricated slabs. The spatial layout is flexible, suitable for various scenarios such as urban renewal and old residential area renovation. It can also save construction time and reduce the generation of construction waste. Beijing Housing Industrialization Group has constructed a unique "New Three-Board" system and continuously launched various intelligent manufacturing solutions in the field of intelligent construction, such as formwork erection and automatic stirrup welding robots, which are deeply integrated into the entire process from design to production.
Intelligent Operation and Maintenance and Self-Repair
Relying on BIM, the Internet of Things, and AI technologies, China Construction Group has built an intelligent venue operation and maintenance platform. Paired with microbial crack repair materials, it enables buildings to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance and even self-repair of cracks, enhancing the long-term usability and maintenance convenience of container houses.
Innovative Products and Patented Technologies
Beijing Xinhongyuan Intelligent Technology has obtained a patent for a lightweight movable panel container house that facilitates forklift transportation. Through designs such as the insertion of slots and positioning blocks and the manual adjustment of movable panels to fit the width of forklift forks followed by bolt fixation, it provides dual protection to improve the stability of the container during transportation. In addition, there are capsule intelligent villas transformed from containers, where all household equipment can be remotely controlled via touch-screen smartphones.
