Baotou Garden Mobile Toilet
Baotou garden mobile toilets are characterized by their stable structure, efficient pollution source treatment, and modular production and installation.

In terms of structure: Baotou garden mobile toilets use cold-formed steel as the main load-bearing component, forming a closed cross-section through cold working processes. This structure has better bending and torsional resistance than hot-rolled steel of the same weight, effectively withstanding various external forces and ensuring the stability of the toilet. The frame joints are connected with bolts, facilitating easy disassembly, assembly, and transportation, allowing the toilet to be flexibly moved and rearranged according to actual needs. The outer wrapping of the frame is mostly made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or galvanized steel sheets. FRP is corrosion-resistant but has weaker impact resistance, while galvanized steel sheets have better impact resistance but slightly weaker corrosion resistance. Different manufacturers choose appropriate material ratios based on the target usage scenarios to adapt to different environmental conditions.
In terms of pollution source treatment: Common technical routes are divided into flush and non-flush types. Flush toilets are equipped with small water tanks and electric water pumps inside, with flushing controlled by foot pedals or sensors. Sewage is temporarily stored in a sealed tank at the bottom, with a volume typically ranging from 300 to 800 liters, and is regularly cleaned by sewage suction trucks. Non-flush toilets use foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies. Foam sealing generates a dense foam layer through foaming agents to cover the toilet surface, isolating odors and reducing flushing water usage. Microbial degradation technology adds specific bacteria to the fecal storage tank, decomposing organic matter into carbon dioxide and water through aerobic or anaerobic reactions, with residue volume only 5% to 10% of the original. However, these two technologies are sensitive to temperature. In the low-temperature environment of Baotou in winter, insulation layers or heating tapes need to be installed on the exterior of the tank to prevent liquid freezing or reduced microbial activity.
In terms of production and installation: The production process of Baotou mobile toilets follows modular principles, with all components prefabricated in the factory, including frame welding, panel cutting, pipe embedding, and electrical wiring laying. The dimensions of each module are limited by road transportation, with a width typically not exceeding 2.5 meters, a length not exceeding 6 meters, and a height not exceeding 3.2 meters. Modules are connected through quick connectors for water and electricity pipelines, and on-site installation only requires module assembly, foundation fixation, and system debugging, typically taking no more than 4 hours, greatly improving installation efficiency.
