Baiyin Mobile Toilet Project
The Baiyin Mobile Toilet Project covers multiple aspects including design, materials, functional modules, environmental adaptability, maintenance sustainability, and application scenarios.

Design Aspect: It adopts a functional modular design, breaking down traditional fixed sanitation facilities into independently operable units, such as user space, waste collection and primary treatment units, and auxiliary support modules. This design enables rapid deployment of mobile toilets and ensures stable operation in various scenarios, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in use.
Material Selection: The main frame is generally made of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel, while the enclosure panels are often made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic or polyethylene. These materials are lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, suitable for complex outdoor environmental conditions. Some mobile toilets also use high-reflectivity alloy coating materials (primarily composed of aluminum-zinc alloy), which are applied to the toilet shell surface through vacuum coating processes, forming a protective film that effectively reduces internal temperature buildup and provides resistance to UV aging, extending the service life of the mobile toilets.
Functional Module Division: The user space is recalculated based on outdoor lighting and ventilation conditions, constructed using composite materials with specific light transmittance and air permeability, providing a comfortable usage environment. The waste treatment unit is mostly equipped with sealed storage containers and may integrate biological or chemical treatment media, effectively preventing waste leakage and odor overflow. Auxiliary modules include simple hand-washing devices, lighting, and ventilation equipment, meeting users' basic needs.
Environmental Adaptability Design: In terms of wind resistance, in addition to a streamlined shape, the bottom is usually equipped with anchor points or loadable ballast compartments, enhancing the stability of the mobile toilets. For temperature adaptation, the internal space is regulated through material insulation properties and controllable vents to maintain a suitable temperature.
Maintenance and Sustainability: The smooth surface materials facilitate easy cleaning with water, and some panels are designed for partial replacement, reducing overall maintenance costs. Metal and plastic main materials are more easily recyclable than concrete structures, aligning with sustainable development principles.
Application Scenarios: They are widely used, including in large outdoor events, temporary construction sites, visitor areas in nature reserves, etc., meeting public sanitation needs in various scenarios.
