Assembly of Mobile Toilets

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

There are mainly two ways to assemble mobile toilets:

One way is to make a self-made movable toilet. First, prepare wooden boards and universal wheels. Install the universal wheels on the wooden boards to serve as the base, providing a movable foundation for the entire mobile toilet. Next, cut the water bucket, place the cut bucket on the base, and fix it to the bucket body with wooden strips to ensure its stability. Then, further cut the bucket to create an entrance and exit for easy access. After that, use aluminum-plastic panels to raise the height of the bucket. Install a bucket lid after raising the height for sealing and protection. In terms of woodworking, make a wooden door from wood and install hinges to make it the door of the mobile toilet. After constructing the main frame, connect the elbow drain pipe and install a floor drain to ensure smooth drainage. Place a green bucket on the top bucket lid, install a water pipe connector, and use PVC pipes to splice and make a showerhead to meet certain cleaning needs. Finally, install the newly purchased toilet and apply sealant around it to prevent odor emission and sewage leakage.

The other way is to assemble the portable toilet developed by the Japanese design studio Nendo. This portable toilet mainly consists of six parts, including a C-shaped seat ring, four lightweight aluminum rods, garbage bags, a large piece of lightweight canvas, a coagulant, and a backpack to hold all the above items. During assembly, first fix the garbage bag on the C-shaped seat ring to ensure it does not slip off. Then, use the four lightweight aluminum rods to support the C-shaped seat ring with the fixed garbage bag, forming a simple toilet structure. When in use, wear the lightweight canvas like a raincoat to provide a certain level of privacy protection for the user. The user can sit on the supported C-shaped seat ring to use it. If the environment permits, you can also combine an umbrella with the canvas to set up a small shelter, further enhancing privacy and providing wind and rain protection.
