Assembly Mobile Toilet Production

There are mainly two ways to produce assembled mobile toilets: homemade using water storage tanks and commercial processing and production.

Homemade Using Water Storage Tanks

1. Basic Structure Construction: Take out a water storage tank from home and use an angle grinder to split it in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to facilitate the mobility of the toilet. Take wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the tank with self-tapping screws to increase the height.
2. Door and Wall Construction: Use an angle grinder to cut an opening on the side of the water storage tank for the door. Install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft panels between the wooden strips to create raised walls. Place the upper half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips to serve as the roof. Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance their appearance. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door.
3. Drainage and Water Storage System: Use a hole-making tool to create an opening at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic tank, install direct connectors, and place the plastic tank on the roof as a small water storage device.
4. Bathroom and Sanitary Facility Installation: Connect the bath heater made of water pipes. Install a three-way connector below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank. Fix the toilet with glass glue and connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way connector of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Connect external connectors and hoses. Finally, use a hole-making tool to create an opening on the door and install connectors.
