Container houses have a relatively comprehensive range of specifications, covering various standard sizes and customized non-standard sizes to meet different scenario requirements.

In terms of standard sizes:

  • International standard containers: Common ones include the 20-foot standard container (20GP), with external dimensions of 6058×2438×2591mm and internal dimensions of 5867×2330×2350mm, suitable for single-person offices, dormitories, and shops; the 40-foot standard container (40GP), with external dimensions of 12192×2438×2591mm and internal dimensions of 11998×2330×2350mm, which can be divided into multi-functional spaces and multi-person dormitories; and the 40-foot high-cube container (40HQ), with external dimensions of 12192×2438×2896mm and internal dimensions of 11998×2330×2655mm, suitable for exhibition halls and housing that require higher ceilings.
  • Specifications with K and P as modules: The length and width are based on the K module (1K = 1.82m), and the height is based on the P module (1P = 0.895m). The number of floors is generally 1 - 2. For widths, there are 2K (3.79m), 3K (5.61m), 4K (7.43m), 5K (9.25m), etc. In terms of height, for pitched roofs, the standard specifications are single-story 3P (2.69m) and double-story 6P (5.37m); for flat roofs, the standard specifications are single-story 3P + 290 (2.98m) and double-story 6.5P + 290 (6.12m).

In terms of customized non-standard sizes:

  • While mainly using the standard 20-foot/40-foot container sizes, customization according to needs is also possible, such as 3m×6m, 3m×8m, 3m×12m, etc., with flexible adjustments in length, width, and height. In other customized non-standard cases, widths can be selected as 2.5m/2.55m/3m/4m, etc., and heights as 2.6m/2.7m/2.8m/2.9m, etc. Special door and window positions, partitions, and exterior and interior decorations can all be customized as required.
