Anqing Mobile Toilet Inspection Plan

Admin 06 de octubre de 2026

The Anqing mobile toilet inspection plan primarily consists of four core components: architectural and structural verification, structural damage inspection, safety calculation analysis, and steel material performance testing (optional). Details are as follows:

1. Architectural and Structural Verification
Inspections should be based on the original design documents provided by the client, using professional tools to conduct sampling verification of the toilet's architectural layout and structural dimensions. Specific operations include:

  • Architectural Layout Verification: Utilize handheld laser distance meters (such as Disto-D2) and 5-meter steel tapes to measure key parameters such as wall distribution, door and window locations, and dimensions, ensuring consistency between actual construction and design drawings.
  • Structural Dimension Verification: Conduct sampling inspections of structural elements such as axis dimensions and heights of the structure, focusing on verifying whether the geometric parameters of load-bearing components meet design requirements, providing basic data for subsequent safety analysis.

2. Structural Damage Inspection
Systematically investigate all structural damages to the mobile toilet, with a focus on aging and deformation issues in load-bearing components:

  • Inspection of Load-Bearing Steel Components: Check for abnormalities in node connections, such as loose bolts or welding defects; observe welding areas of steel beams and columns for cracks or corrosion, assessing whether their load-bearing capacity is compromised.
  • Inspection of Non-Load-Bearing Components: Record cracking and deformation in non-load-bearing parts such as walls and roofs, analyzing their potential impact on the overall structural stability.

3. Structural Safety Calculation Analysis
Based on the 'Building Structural Load Code' (GB50009-2012) and on-site inspection data, conduct load-bearing capacity calculations using professional software:

  • Determination of Load Parameters: Comprehensively consider dead loads (such as self-weight), live loads (such as usage loads), wind loads, seismic actions, etc., in conjunction with material parameters (such as steel strength, concrete grade) to establish a calculation model.
  • Software Simulation Analysis: Use PKPM software to calculate the load-bearing capacity of the toilet structure, assessing its safety under extreme load combinations and determining whether it meets regulatory requirements. If safety hazards are identified, reinforcement recommendations should be proposed.

4. Steel Material Performance Testing (Optional)
According to the owner's requirements, more in-depth material performance testing can be conducted on the steel structure:

  • Non-Destructive Testing of Welds: Utilize ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection techniques to detect internal defects such as pores or slag inclusions in welds, ensuring welding quality meets standards.
  • Mechanical Property Testing of Steel: Through tensile tests, impact tests, etc., determine the tensile strength, yield strength, and toughness indicators of the steel, verifying whether it meets design material requirements.

This plan provides a comprehensive assessment of the structural safety of mobile toilets through multi-dimensional inspections and calculation analysis, offering a scientific basis for subsequent maintenance or renovation.
