Production of Activity Portable Toilets

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

Activity portable toilets can be made using water storage barrels or tanks and pallets. Here are the specific production methods:

Production Using Water Storage Barrels

  1. Basic Structure Construction: Split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise to serve as the main body of the toilet. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to provide mobility for the entire structure. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel and cut an opening on the side for easy access.
  2. Wall and Roof Construction: Install sponge strips to form the door frame and embed plastic soft panels to create the walls, ensuring privacy while facilitating easy installation and removal. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as the roof and apply waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics and waterproofing.
  3. Drainage and Water Storage System: Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to discharge sewage. Cut holes on the side to connect interfaces and attach plastic buckets as water storage devices for flushing water.
  4. Sanitary Facility Installation: Install facilities such as a bath heater, toilet, and water tank made from water pipes, and connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket to ensure smooth sewage discharge.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  1. Mobile Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet to provide a mobile base for the entire portable toilet.
  2. Water Storage Tank Processing and Stacking: Place a water storage tank and use an angle grinder to cut along the top marking line to remove the top, creating an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space of the toilet.
  3. Door Opening Creation: Cut rectangular openings on the outer frame and body of the water storage tank to serve as doorways for easy access.
  4. Internal Facility Installation: Cut holes in the floor of the water storage tank, insert elbows and water pipes, and seal the gaps to prevent water leakage. Install and secure a toilet, connect water pipes and faucets, and make and secure a sink to meet basic sanitary needs.
  5. Other Facility Installation: Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the shower bracket and toilet seat to enhance comfort. Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, connect wooden boards to form a door, and install a door handle to ensure privacy.
