A Mobile Toilet Building

Admin 01 de octubre de 2026

A mobile toilet building is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It is composed of components such as fecal sewage storage tanks, sanitary ware, and walls. There are various classification methods, and it has advantages such as mobility and combinability, with its design following specific principles and being easy to install.

Components

A mobile toilet building generally consists of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of the mobile toilet. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, the sanitary ware provides toilet facilities for users, and the walls serve to separate and protect privacy.

Classification Methods

  • By structural form: It can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single structure is relatively simple and independent, while the composite structure may be more complex and diverse in terms of function or spatial combination.
  • By mobility method: It is classified into lifting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling types may be more suitable for short-distance or small-scale movements; powered and towed types use power equipment or vehicles for long-distance movement, offering higher flexibility.
  • By sewage treatment method: There are water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush types have better cleaning effects but require a certain amount of water resources; non-water-flush suction and dry-packing types are more water-saving and suitable for areas with scarce water resources; circulating water-flush types achieve water resource recycling.

Advantages

It can be conveniently transported to any place where toilets need to be set up and can be used repeatedly. It has advantages such as mobility, combinability, and ease of transportation. For example, at temporary event venues and construction sites, mobile toilets can be quickly deployed to meet the toilet needs of personnel and can be easily removed after the event.

Design Principles and Installation

The design of mobile toilets should follow the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability, environmental protection and ecological friendliness, and improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials, with a sturdy structure. At the same time, the height and width of the toilet should be controlled, and the mobile device should be complete and reasonable. Moreover, mobile toilets do not require civil engineering. They are installed as finished products and can be used immediately upon placement. The installation process is like building with building blocks, with columns installed and fixed by splicing, all in one step, ensuring a perfect fit for each buckle.
