Ziyun County Mobile Toilets
Ziyun County has implemented various measures regarding mobile toilets, including rental services, the construction of new mobile public toilets, and future planning.

Rental Services
Chengxu Mobile Toilet Rental Factory is the primary provider of mobile toilet rental services in Ziyun County. The factory offers a wide range of services, encompassing the sales and rental of various types of toilets, such as mobile public toilets and ecological public toilets. It not only provides research and development, production, and sales of mobile public toilets and related supporting products but also offers one-stop services including technical training. Its rental services cover a diverse range of scenarios. It specializes in renting mobile toilets for large-scale events like marathons, concerts, and music festivals. Additionally, it provides rental services for mobile washrooms, mobile toilets for construction sites, and other similar facilities, meeting the needs for mobile toilets in different settings.
Construction of New Mobile Public Toilets
To address the issues of "few public toilets and long distances to toilets," the Ziyun County Urban Management Bureau has constructed three new mobile public toilets at Dadengjiao, Yangguang International, and Qilong City Square. These new toilets adopt a hoisting-type design featuring steel structures and lightweight panels, offering numerous advantages. They allow for flexible site selection, as they can be surveyed in advance and hoisted into place as needed, avoiding green belts and utility poles without requiring extensive road demolition. In case of future municipal renovations requiring relocation, the entire toilet can be hoisted like a container within ten minutes, saving on demolition and reconstruction costs. The multi-stall design features a "square" layout inside, with separate yet interconnected stalls for men and women, effectively reducing waiting times during peak hours. On July 20th, these three toilets were put into use simultaneously. They are well-equipped with bright lighting, tiled walls reaching the ceiling, hot water at the sinks, and are furnished with tissue paper and hand dryers. As of the time of reporting, the average daily usage of these three toilets has exceeded 1,200 person-times, with a satisfaction rate of 96% in public surveys.
Future Planning
The Ziyun Autonomous County Urban Management Bureau has clear future plans. It will include the remaining six key areas in the city in the new construction plan and simultaneously promote the upgrading and renovation of old public toilets. It will establish a "weight-based cleanliness" inspection mechanism to ensure that odors, standing water, and flies do not exceed standards. Additionally, it will introduce third-party operation and maintenance companies and implement a "one-toilet-one-code" system, enhancing the management and service levels of public toilets through methods such as scanning codes for evaluations, point redemptions, and instant fault reporting.
