The first mobile environmental toilet in Zhongtang has been put into use, with a design emphasizing practicality and comfort. The toilet has separate male and female sections, with a total of four independent restrooms equipped with sinks, ceiling lights, exhaust fans, and other basic facilities to meet daily needs. Internally, it employs an independent urinal and toilet partition treatment system: the urinal channel utilizes gravity-driven flow design to reduce water consumption; the toilet channel achieves automatic cleaning through a piston-type scraper mechanism, avoiding manual intervention and enhancing hygiene. Additionally, the floor uses anti-slip materials, the toilet bowls are equipped with automatic flushing functions, and the ventilation and lighting systems work together to ensure a dry, bright, and odor-free interior environment.
II. Structure and Material Technologies
The toilet frame is welded from national standard steel, providing a sturdy and impact-resistant structure. The surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, which not only extend the service life (up to over 20 years) but also adapt to different climatic conditions. Some models integrate intelligent systems, such as a bottom-layer PLC data acquisition system for real-time equipment monitoring; a 40-inch LED toilet occupancy monitor to display usage status and avoid queues; and a 4G remote monitoring module supporting mobile app control of lighting and flushing systems for intelligent management. These technologies reduce operational and maintenance costs and improve usage efficiency.

The mobile environmental toilet is lightweight, easy to move, soundproof, thermally insulated, and occupies a small footprint. Its modular design allows for rapid assembly and disassembly, making it suitable for temporary needs in special venues (such as sports events, large gatherings, construction sites); long-term layouts in municipal systems (such as ports, commercial districts); high-traffic services in tourist and resort areas (such as scenic spots, beaches); and environmental adaptability in harsh natural conditions (such as plateaus, deserts, islands). For example, Zhongtang has demolished 48 dry toilets and built six new mobile toilets, significantly improving public sanitation conditions.

The use of anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials reduces the risk of chemical pollution, while the remote monitoring function of the intelligent system optimizes energy distribution, further reducing environmental load.
