Zhengzhou Mobile Sanitation Toilet Bidding

There are mainly two bidding projects related to mobile sanitation toilets in Zhengzhou:

I. The project of building 5 new urban public facilities and 5 mobile public toilets (including two supporting sewage suction trucks) and upgrading and renovating 30 public toilets in Guancheng District in 2023

1. Project Overview: This project has been approved for construction by the Development and Reform Commission of Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou City, with the approval document Guancheng Development and Reform [2023] No. 28. The bidder is the Environmental Sanitation Affairs Center of Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou City, and the construction funds come from financial funds. The project includes the construction of 5 new mobile public toilets and the provision of two sewage suction trucks, with a total investment of approximately 12.7353 million yuan.
2. Bidding Plan: The project is planned to be tendered in April 2024. However, it should be noted that all the information released in this bidding plan is tentative. The final bidding time, bidding requirements, etc., shall be subject to the officially released bidding announcement information.

II. The mobile toilet rental and procurement project for urban management work during the Double Festivals in Zhengzhou

1. Project Number and Budget: The procurement project number is Zhengcai Negotiated Procurement - 2019 - 323, and the project budget amount and maximum price limit are both 2,880,000 yuan.
2. Project Content: This project mainly provides mobile toilet rental services for the Double Festivals activities in Zhengzhou. Specifically, 40 mobile toilets will be used for the first 30 days, and 280 mobile toilets will be used for the next 30 days. The service time will be ultimately determined by the contract, and the service location will be designated by the purchaser.
3. Supplier Requirements: Suppliers participating in this project need to have the ability to independently bear civil liabilities, good business reputation, and financial status reports, among other conditions. At the same time, this project does not accept joint participation.
4. Time Arrangement: The time for obtaining the competitive negotiation documents is from December 13, 2019, to December 19, 2019. The deadline for submitting response documents is 10:00 a.m. on December 23, 2019. At present, this project has completed the bidding process.
