Zhejiang Mobile Toilet Rental Agreement
The mobile toilet rental agreement generally includes the following core clauses, with specific content to be determined based on the actual situation in Zhejiang and mutual negotiation between the two parties:

1. Rental Items and Usage
The agreement must specify the model, quantity, and specific usage of the rented mobile toilets. Party B undertakes to use them solely for lawful and compliant public events, construction site operations, etc., and prohibits storing hazardous materials or altering the original function of the toilets. For special purposes (such as medical or food processing), additional sanitation standards and approval procedures must be agreed upon.
2. Rental Term and Renewal
The rental term is typically measured in 'years/months/days' and must specify the start and end dates. 30 days before expiration, Party B must submit a written renewal application, and both parties will renegotiate the rent and terms before signing a supplementary agreement. Failure to renew and return the equipment will be deemed as automatic renewal, with the rent charged at 1.5 times the original rate.
3. Rent and Payment Method
The rent is calculated on a 'per unit/per month' basis, with the market price in Zhejiang approximately 800-2000 yuan/unit/month (including basic maintenance). Payment methods include bank transfer, check, etc., and Party B must pay the rent for the current month by the 5th day of each month. A late fee of 0.5% of the unpaid amount per day will be charged for overdue payments. Party A must provide an official invoice.
4. Deposit and Security Deposit
Party B must pay a deposit equivalent to two months' rent, which will be fully refunded upon expiration of the lease and no damage to the equipment. If Party B breaches the contract, Party A has the right to deduct repair costs, penalties, etc., from the deposit. Security deposit terms can be agreed upon separately to guarantee Party B's fulfillment of contractual obligations, such as timely removal of waste.
5. Maintenance and Repair Responsibilities
Party A is responsible for regular inspections and replacement of consumables (such as light bulbs, water pipes) to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Repair costs resulting from Party B's improper use (such as blockages, vandalism) will be borne by Party B. Emergency repair response time shall not exceed 4 hours, otherwise Party A must reduce or waive the rent for that day.
6. Insurance and Safety Requirements
Party A must purchase third-party liability insurance and property insurance for the equipment, covering accidental incidents that may occur during use. Party B must comply with safety operating procedures and prohibit unauthorized relocation of the equipment or alteration of electrical circuits, otherwise bearing full liability for compensation.
7. Liability for Breach of Contract
- If Party B fails to pay the rent for more than 15 days, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and confiscate the deposit.
- If Party B sublets or transfers the equipment without authorization, a penalty equivalent to three months' rent must be paid.
- If Party A fails to maintain the equipment as agreed, causing losses to Party B, compensation must be made based on the actual losses.
8. Agreement Termination
The agreement may be terminated early upon expiration of the lease, mutual agreement, or serious breach by one party. Party B must return the equipment within 3 days after termination and clean the internal waste, otherwise Party A has the right to dispose of it and deduct corresponding fees.
9. Dispute Resolution
Both parties shall prioritize negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, litigation shall be filed with the people's court at Party A's location. Arbitration clauses must be explicitly agreed upon by both parties; otherwise, litigation shall be the default method.
10. Other Clauses
The agreement shall be made in duplicate, with both parties signing and sealing to take effect. Matters not covered herein may be addressed in a supplementary agreement, which shall have equal legal effect with the main agreement. In Zhejiang, reference can be made to the 'Zhejiang Provincial Regulations on Supervision of Standard Contract Terms' to standardize the content of the clauses.
