Zhejiang Mobile Smart Toilet Installation

Admin September 20, 2026

The installation of Zhejiang Mobile Smart Toilets must adhere to the following key steps and specifications:

I. Requirement Confirmation and Site Survey

Before installation, a comprehensive assessment of the site must be conducted, including parameters such as site conditions, expected foot traffic, duration of use, and the possibility of water and electricity access. Based on the requirements, different specifications of mobile toilet units should be matched, such as whether an independent sewage system or temporary sewage storage container is needed, and whether connection to municipal water and electricity networks is required. At this stage, functional requirements must be clarified, such as whether smart monitoring and environmental control systems are needed.

II. Transportation and On-Site Installation

  1. Transportation Requirements: The transportation route must be planned according to the unit size to ensure that road conditions meet the requirements and avoid transportation disruptions due to size limitations.
  2. Foundation Preparation: The site must be leveled and the foundation stabilized to ensure that the unit is placed with a levelness error of ≤5mm, preventing equipment damage or abnormal use due to uneven ground.
  3. System Connection: Water and electricity pipelines must be safely connected (if applicable), and the sewage system must be connected to the municipal network or equipped with an independent sewage storage container. After installation, functional testing must be conducted, including water and electricity supply, sewage discharge efficiency, and smart system integration, along with a safety inspection to ensure no electrical leakage or water leakage hazards.

III. Smart System Installation Specifications

  1. System Wiring:
    • The number of devices polled under a single bus should be ≤64, and the number per serial port should be ≤124 to avoid communication overload. Wiring exceeding 30 meters requires a 120Ω terminal resistor, and the baud rate should be ≤9600bps after the total bus length reaches 200 meters.
    • Cables should use 4×0.5mm twisted-pair shielded wire (impedance 120Ω), with the shield grounded at both ends. After wiring, the line continuity resistance (no open circuits) and insulation (no damage/short circuits) must be tested.
  2. Host Installation: The host must be placed in a waterproof, sun-proof, and dust-proof environment (such as a dedicated equipment box), powered by the original adapter, and prohibited from powering other devices. HDMI cables exceeding 10 meters should use well-known brands, and power should be restored only after the blue light turns off (3-5 seconds) following a power outage.
  3. Sensor Installation: Sensors must be waterproof, sun-proof, and dust-proof, with protective casings added for outdoor locations. They should be powered by DC 12V centralized power supply with matched loads. After installation, power should be restarted (ensuring no person/object is blocking) to automatically learn distance parameters and match address codes according to the squat position coding diagram.
  4. Smart Partition Door Locks: Door locks must be waterproof, with baffles added for water-splashing locations. Electric models should use DC 12V centralized power supply, while mechanical models require no power but must fit the door thickness and lock hole size.
  5. Door Header Screen Installation: Door header screens must have an IP65 or higher protection rating, powered by DC 12V centralized power supply with matched total power. Network cable wiring should use two or more cores in parallel, and power cables should be RVV2×1.0mm.

IV. Maintenance Management During Lease Period

Regular cleaning and disinfection, replenishment of consumables (such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer), and equipment status checks (such as sensor sensitivity and door lock smoothness) must be conducted. An emergency plan for sudden failures should be established to ensure system stability.
