Mobile Landscape Public Toilets: The first mobile landscape public toilet in Hangzhou is located at the intersection of Qianchao Road and Sanxin Road on the Qiantang River embankment. It officially opened on June 29, 2019. This toilet was introduced from Xiamen and jointly constructed by the Jianggan District Urban Management Bureau, under the guidance of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, in collaboration with Sijiqing Street. Its construction method involves complete production in a factory, followed by transportation to the site for hoisting and installation. It only requires connection to pipelines to be put into use. The advantage of this construction method is that the location can be adjusted later according to actual needs, effectively saving construction costs. The toilet is fully equipped with basic sanitary facilities such as urinals, squat toilets, and sinks. It also incorporates an intelligent management system, including features like playing music when the door is closed, automatic flushing when the door is opened, and deodorization and sterilization functions, enhancing the user experience. Additionally, clear signs are set up around the toilet for easy identification by citizens. During the pilot period, it was open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Relevant departments plan to add more mobile toilets near the Qiantang River embankment based on the pilot results to meet the needs of citizens.
Mobile Toilet Rental Services: The mobile toilet rental business in Hangzhou covers a wide range of types, including mobile toilets for epidemic prevention centers, portable mobile toilets, outdoor mobile toilets, electric mobile toilets, mobile toilets for high-rise buildings, eco-friendly mobile toilets, vacuum mobile toilets, construction site mobile toilets, folding mobile toilets, large mobile toilets, and simple mobile toilets. These mobile toilets are suitable for different scenarios, such as large-scale events like marathons, concerts, and music festivals, as well as temporary demand sites like construction sites. Temporary Mobile Toilets: A temporary mobile toilet was once set up by the construction party in a parking lot in Linpu Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. However, this toilet was once found to be locked and unusable, reminding us of the need to pay attention to the maintenance and management of temporary mobile toilets to ensure they can provide services to citizens normally.
