Zhaozhen Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Zhaozhen should follow a standardized process, with core steps including positioning, assembly, connection, and commissioning. Specific operations should be adjusted according to the type of toilet and site conditions.

1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
Before installation, determine the specific location based on site planning, prioritizing areas with solid ground and good drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, hardening treatment (such as pouring concrete) or laying steel plates should be carried out in advance to ensure structural stability after installation. This step is the foundation for ensuring the long-term use of the toilet, and the ground bearing capacity should be strictly checked to avoid the risk of settlement later.
2. Main Structure Assembly
- Split-type toilets: These adopt a modular design. The prefabricated steel structure chassis should be placed steadily using a forklift or manual labor, adjusted to a level state with a level gauge, and then the wall panels made of sandwich panels (fixed with rivet guns) and roof panels should be installed in sequence. Finally, sealing treatment should be carried out to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Integrated toilets (such as box-type): The internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory. On-site, they only need to be hoisted as a whole to the designated position using a crane, and then the water, electricity, and sewage pipes should be connected. The installation efficiency of such toilets is high, and a skilled team can complete the installation in 2-4 hours.
3. Connection of Internal Facilities
Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, hand-washing basins (optional), and other facilities, and connect the water and electricity pipelines. The pipeline connection adopts a modular quick-connector design, which can significantly shorten the installation time. For foam-type mobile toilets, additional installation of a foaming device, control system, and sewage storage tank is required, and the stability of the foam liquid supply pipeline and power line should be ensured to avoid functional abnormalities due to insufficient foam or power outages.
4. Functional Commissioning and Acceptance
After the installation is completed, a comprehensive commissioning should be carried out:
- Flush test: Check the flushing force and drainage speed of the toilet to ensure there is no blockage;
- Circuit check: Test whether the lighting, ventilation equipment, and control system are working properly;
- Sealing check: Focus on checking whether there are water leaks at the joints of the wall panels and pipeline connections.
During the commissioning process, refer to the "Hygiene Specifications for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards are met.
Precautions
- Tool preparation: An electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun (for fixing panels) are essential tools.
- Team selection: It is recommended to entrust the operation to a professional construction team. A skilled team can dismantle a standard split-type toilet in only 1-3 hours, which can significantly improve efficiency and reduce risks.
