Project Location and Scale: Zhaoqing New District·Chuangke Li Commercial Street is located within the Zhaoqing New District·Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Eco-Technology Industrial Park (at the intersection of Yong'an Avenue and Chuangke Avenue). It is the first commercial complex in the industrial park of Zhaoqing New District, covering an area of approximately 27,000 square meters.

Project Positioning and Functions: Focusing on three major functions of food, socializing, and daily life, it is committed to serving the population in the industrial park and surrounding residents. It will introduce a diverse range of daily life facilities such as snacks, tea drinks, retail, catering, pubs, and leisure and entertainment. By integrating food, socializing, entertainment, and daily life, it innovates scene interactions and creates a new social space in the industrial park.

Project Planning and Construction: Composed of 9 areas, it will be constructed in phases. The first phase of the project mainly consists of five sections: food, retail, daily life facilities, a 1,500-square-meter music lawn, and a serene courtyard, along with parking spaces.
