Zhangping Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 06, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Zhangping generally follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - commissioning'. The specific operations need to be adjusted according to the toilet type (split-type or integrated), and the overall installation time ranges from 2-4 hours to several hours.

  1. Positioning and Site Preparation
Before installation, determine the location according to the site plan, giving priority to areas with solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is uneven, it should be hardened in advance or a base plate should be laid to ensure the toilet is stable and level after placement. The drainage design should comply with the requirements of the 'Mobile Toilet Sanitation Code' (GB/T 21239-2023) to avoid sewage accumulation or overflow.

  2. Assembling the Main Structure

    • Split-type Mobile Toilets:
      1. Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position and adjust it to a level state with a leveling instrument.
      2. Install the sandwich panel wallboards one by one, insert them into the chassis slots, and fix them with bolts or buckles to ensure the verticality of the walls.
      3. Install the roof panel and carry out sealing treatment, focusing on checking the uniformity of the application of waterproof glue at the joints to prevent rainwater leakage.
      4. The installation of the wallboards usually takes 1-2 hours and requires the collaboration of two or more people.
    • Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-type Toilets):
The factory has completed the interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site, it only needs to be hoisted as a whole to the designated position by a crane, and then the water, electricity, and sewage pipes should be connected. The installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
  3. Connecting Water, Electricity, and Equipment

    • Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), and other equipment. When connecting water and electricity pipes, use modular quick connectors to reduce welding or complex operations.
    • The electrical circuit connection should be carried out by a professional electrician to ensure good grounding and the installation of leakage protection devices; the water pipe connection should check the tightness to avoid water leakage.
    • The ventilation equipment (such as exhaust fans) should be selected with an appropriate power according to the toilet volume to ensure air circulation.
  4. Functional Inspection and Commissioning

    • Conduct a flushing test to check whether the toilet drainage is smooth and whether the flushing pressure meets the standard.
    • Test the electrical circuit to confirm that lighting, sockets, and other equipment are working properly without short circuits or electric leakage.
    • Check the tightness of doors and windows to prevent odor diffusion; test the ventilation system to ensure the air exchange efficiency complies with the regulations.
    • After commissioning, fill in the installation record form and have it signed by the user for confirmation.

Precautions: During the installation process, strictly abide by the safety operation procedures to avoid the risk of falling objects from height or electric shock; if it involves the connection of sewage pipes, coordinate with the municipal department in advance to ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements.
