The construction scale and content mainly involve the demolition and replacement of the existing five mobile public toilets, along with the installation of corresponding toilet stalls, sinks, management rooms, tool rooms, and other facilities to enhance the comfort and functionality of the public toilets. The estimated investment for this project is 1.3026 million yuan, with funding sourced from fiscal funds, and the construction period is three months. The implementation of this project will effectively improve the toilet environment for residents in old residential areas and enhance the city's image.
