I. Aviation-Grade Vacuum Toilet Technology
The restroom of the environmental mobile toilet at Yulong Snow Mountain uses the same vacuum negative pressure flushing method as airplane restrooms. This technology generates strong suction through vacuum negative pressure, requiring only half a bottle of mineral water for a single flush, significantly reducing water consumption compared to traditional toilets. Additionally, the vacuum negative pressure flushing method effectively minimizes odors, enhancing the user experience.
II. Vacuum Sewage Discharge System
The vacuum sewage discharge system of the toilet utilizes the pressure difference created by atmospheric pressure and vacuum inside the pipes as the driving force, causing sewage to rapidly flow in with the air and be discharged sequentially into the vacuum station. This design enables sewage to flow "uphill," overcoming terrain limitations and ensuring efficient and stable sewage discharge. Even at the high altitude of Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area, the toilet can operate normally.
III. Intelligent Management System
The environmental mobile toilet at Yulong Snow Mountain is also equipped with an intelligent management system capable of real-time monitoring of air quality, toilet stall status, water and electricity consumption, foot traffic, and other data. Furthermore, the system includes personnel safety alarms and smoke and fire alarms to ensure visitor safety. Managers can access real-time data from all toilets in the scenic area via the internet or mobile terminals, enabling refined, data-driven, and automated toilet management.
IV. Industry Status and Honors
The vacuum environmental toilet at the Glacier Park of Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area has become China's first ropeway vacuum ecological environmental toilet at the highest altitude, reflecting its leading position in environmental toilet construction. Additionally, the project "Yunnan Province Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area: Promoting the Construction of 'Vacuum Negative Pressure' Ecological Environmental Toilets" was selected as an outstanding case in the 2024 National Tourism Toilet Construction and Management Awards, further demonstrating its remarkable achievements in tourism toilet construction and management.
