Yulin Mobile Toilet Safety Inspection

Admin September 28, 2026

The safety inspection of mobile toilets in Yulin mainly includes two aspects: safety inspection and structural inspection.

Safety Inspection

  • Electrical Safety Inspection: This is the core content of the safety inspection. Electrical testing instruments such as voltmeters and ammeters are used to test the working voltage and current of electrical equipment in the mobile toilet, including lighting, ventilation, and heating devices, to ensure they are within safe ranges and prevent safety accidents caused by abnormal voltage and current. At the same time, the grounding resistance of the electrical system is checked. Good grounding can effectively prevent electric leakage and ensure the safety of users. Short-circuit and electric leakage conditions are also simulated to check whether the leakage protectors respond quickly, ensuring that the power supply can be cut off in a timely manner in case of electrical faults and avoiding the risk of electric shock. In addition, automatic control switches and buttons are checked to ensure they are flexible and reliable, with sensitive signal transmission, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
  • Door and Window Safety Check: Carefully check whether the fabrication and installation of doors and windows meet the requirements. The stability and airtightness of doors and windows are crucial for the safety of mobile toilets. If there are problems with the fabrication or installation of doors and windows, they may become loose or fall off during use, posing safety hazards to users.

Structural Inspection

  • Overall Structural Stability Inspection: Portable infrared distance meters, tape measures, and other tools are used to check whether the overall structure of the mobile toilet is stable and to look for problems such as tilting, cracks, and deformation. These problems may affect the safety and service life of the mobile toilet and need to be dealt with promptly if found.
  • Performance Evaluation Inspection: Through push tests and other tests, the anti-overturning performance, wind resistance performance, and earthquake resistance performance of the mobile toilet are evaluated. The environmental conditions vary in different regions, and the performance requirements for mobile toilets also differ. Conducting these performance evaluations can ensure that mobile toilets can be used safely in various environments.
  • Load-Bearing Component Inspection: Check whether load-bearing components (such as steel beams and steel columns) show obvious signs of aging and deformation, and whether there are abnormal phenomena at the joints of load-bearing steel components, such as weld cracks and loose bolts. Non-destructive testing, such as ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing, is carried out on the welds of the steel structure to ensure weld quality. Samples of steel and other materials that make up the mobile toilet are taken for testing to determine performance indicators such as tensile strength and yield strength, ensuring the structural strength and stability of the mobile toilet.
