Yulin Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Yulin requires the sequential completion of four major stages: construction preparation, main structure construction, functional system installation, and ground system construction. The specific process is as follows:

Construction Preparation Stage: This stage involves technical, on-site, and material preparations. Technical preparation includes organizing drawing reviews, focusing on verifying structural dimensions, interface positions, and circuit layouts. Considering Yulin's climatic characteristics, wind and cold resistance designs are reinforced, such as ensuring the foundation is buried below the frost line by 30 cm and the roof insulation layer is at least 100 mm thick. Specialized technical disclosure documents are prepared to clarify process parameters. On-site preparation involves testing the foundation's bearing capacity (≥100 kPa), using a total station for positioning and layout (deviation ≤ ±50 mm), leveling the site (error ≤ 50 mm, slope ≤ 3%), pouring a C30 reinforced concrete foundation (dimensions 1200 mm × 1200 mm × 500 mm), embedding steel plates for steel structure connections, and constructing material warehouses, processing sheds, and hardened construction roads. Material preparation involves selecting Q235B square steel (columns 100 × 100 × 4 mm, beams 80 × 80 × 3 mm) as the main frame, using 50 mm thick metal carved panels for walls (polyurethane core material density ≥ 40 kg/m³), a roof consisting of color-coated corrugated steel sheets + rock wool insulation layer + aluminum foil moisture barrier, and sanitary equipment including water-saving ceramic squat toilets (flush volume ≤ 6 L/time), stainless steel washbasins (flow rate 0.15 L/s), and microbial degradation tanks (processing capacity 50 person-times/day).
Main Structure Construction: This stage is divided into steel structure and enclosure structure installations. The steel structure is pre-assembled in the processing area and then lifted as a whole using a 25-ton truck crane, with lifting point bearing capacity ≥ 50 kN. The frame is connected to the embedded steel plates in the foundation through three-sided welding (weld height 8 mm, length 100 mm). After welding, non-destructive testing (UT flaw detection, Class I qualified) is conducted, followed by insulation and slow cooling. The axis deviation is corrected to ≤ 3 mm, and the elevation deviation to ≤ 2 mm/m. For the enclosure structure installation, the exterior wall uses 80 mm thick metal carved panels (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.024 W/(m·K)), the interior wall uses 12 mm thick flame-retardant magnesium oxide boards (fire rating A1), and the roof adopts a three-layer waterproof structure (color-coated steel sheet + extruded polystyrene insulation board + SBS waterproof membrane) with a slope of 3% and a water-blocking edge at the eaves.
Functional System Installation: This stage covers the installation of sanitary ware, water supply and drainage, and electrical systems. Sanitary ware includes fiberglass molded squat toilets (flush volume ≤ 1.5 L/time), 304 stainless steel washbasins (thickness ≥ 1.2 mm), and 5 mm thick anti-fog silver mirrors. The water supply and drainage system uses PPR water supply pipes (hot-melt connection, pressure 1.6 MPa) and UPVC drainage pipes (slope 2%), with a food-grade PE storage tank (capacity 150 L). The electrical system is equipped with LED downlights (9 W), silent axial flow fans (air volume ≥ 80 m³/h), and intelligent sensing systems (sensing distance 0.5-1.5 m).
Ground System Construction: This stage involves laying a 3 mm thick anti-slip checkered steel plate base layer and a 20 mm thick full-body antique tile surface layer (dry laying method, tile joint 2 mm). A 50 mm high water-blocking sill is set around the perimeter, with a drainage slope of 1.5% and stainless steel filters (pore size ≤ 5 mm) installed at drainage outlets.
