Yulin Concert Portable Toilet Rental
Yulin offers rental services for portable toilets at concerts, with multiple suppliers available to meet demand. The following introduces the usage plan for temporary portable toilets at concert venues from three aspects: usage methods, solutions for organizers, and emergency handling:

Usage Methods:
Toilets should be divided into male and female sections, with accessible or family toilets clearly marked and provided with prominent signage for easy use by the audience as needed. To avoid congestion, it is recommended that the audience use the toilets at off-peak times, avoiding the 15-minute periods before the start of the performance, during intermission, and after the end of the performance. When using the toilets, please operate in a civilized manner, disposing only of degradable items such as toilet paper to avoid clogging the pipes. Pregnant women, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities can use dedicated lanes for priority access, and some venues may provide priority usage rights to them, reflecting humanistic care.
Solutions for Organizers:
The allocation of toilet stalls should be scientifically planned, with one stall allocated for every 80 people in total, and the number of female stalls should be no less than twice that of male stalls. Toilets should be dispersed, with one set placed within every 80-1000 people range. Male toilets can be equipped with additional urinal troughs or vertical urinals to improve efficiency. During peak times, additional personnel should be deployed to guide and divert the crowd to avoid local congestion. In terms of cleaning, one cleaner should be assigned for every 10-20 toilet stalls, with patrol cleaning every 10-20 minutes, ensuring an adequate supply of toilet paper, hand soap, disinfectant gel, and placing trash cans nearby. Technologically, vacuum direct discharge or self-contained sewage storage with subsequent pumping can be used to handle waste. At night, additional lighting and reflective markings should be installed, with simple queue barriers set up, and if conditions permit, simple handwashing stations can be equipped to enhance the user experience.
Emergency Handling:
Organizers should reserve 10% of spare toilet stalls to be temporarily deployed during congestion to alleviate pressure. Sewage trucks should be on standby at the venue, ready to pump out the sewage tanks promptly once they are full to avoid overflow. Additionally, an emergency plan should be formulated to prepare backup solutions in advance for unexpected situations such as equipment failures and extreme weather conditions to ensure uninterrupted toilet services.
