Yueyang Mobile Toilet Purchase Process
Admin October 19, 2026
The purchase process of mobile toilets in Yueyang can be divided into the following five steps, which need to be carried out step by step in combination with the needs and communication with suppliers:

1. Select Purchase Channels
Prioritize screening suppliers through channels such as official websites, physical stores, e-commerce platforms (such as Baidu Aicai, Alibaba), or professional environmental protection equipment manufacturers. If customized services (such as special sizes and functional configurations) are required, it is recommended to select manufacturers with production qualifications and request samples or conduct on-site inspections of their production capabilities to avoid quality risks caused by subcontracting by intermediaries.
2. Clarify Needs and Communicate Solutions
- Scenario Analysis: Determine the usage scenario (construction sites, exhibitions, parks, etc.), usage period (short-term rental or long-term fixed use), personnel flow (number of users during peak hours), and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, terrain, etc.).
- Configuration Requirements: Communicate with the manufacturer about the toilet type (trailer-mounted, frame-type, simple-type, etc.), core configurations (such as sewage treatment systems, ventilation and lighting, disinfection equipment), and additional functions (such as baby care rooms and barrier-free facilities).
- Solution Development: The manufacturer provides design drawings, material lists, and detailed quotations based on the requirements. It is necessary to focus on the selection of the sewage treatment system (such as biochemical treatment and physical filtration), as there are significant price differences (models with treatment systems range from 10,000 to 30,000 yuan, while ordinary models range from 2,000 to 8,000 yuan).
3. Confirm the Solution and Sign the Contract
- Review Details: Check whether the dimensions, materials, and functions in the solution meet the requirements and confirm whether the quotation includes transportation, installation, and taxes.
- Contract Terms: Clarify the delivery time (the production cycle is usually 15-25 days), payment method (installment or full payment), after-sales service (warranty period, response time, maintenance costs), and liability for breach of contract to avoid oral promises not being included in the contract.
4. Production and Transportation
- Production Phase: The manufacturer draws the final production drawings according to the contract, prepares materials, and enters the manufacturing process. During this period, production progress photos or videos can be requested.
- Transportation and Installation: After production is completed, the manufacturer is responsible for transporting the toilets to the designated location and completing installation and commissioning. It is necessary to confirm in advance whether the site has water and electricity access conditions (especially for models with treatment systems).
5. Acceptance and After-sales Service
- Acceptance Criteria: Check the appearance of the toilet (no damage or deformation), functions (normal flushing, ventilation, and lighting), and sewage treatment effect (if equipped). After confirmation, sign the acceptance form and pay the final payment.
- Long-term Maintenance: Regularly clean the fecal tank and check the operating status of the equipment (such as fans and water pumps). Models with treatment systems need to add reagents or replace filter materials according to the instructions. After the warranty period, maintenance only charges for labor and materials. It is recommended to keep the manufacturer's contact information for quick response.
Precautions:
- Prioritize selecting suppliers that have passed ISO certification and have product quality inspection reports to avoid ignoring environmental protection and safety standards due to low prices.
- Customized requirements need to be communicated with the manufacturer in advance regarding technical feasibility to avoid cost increases due to later modifications.
