The Xiangqiao Beam-Fabrication Yard is located at the junction of Tangbian Village and Fuju Village in Linxi Town, Xiangqiao District, Chaozhou City, covering an area of 104 acres, and is responsible for the prefabrication and erection of 413 box girders from Bandao Square in Chaozhou East to the entrance of the Tashan Tunnel. The Chao'an Beam-Fabrication Yard is located within the section from Chaoshan Airport to Chaozhou East Station, covering an area of about 120 acres, and is responsible for the prefabrication and erection of 483 box girders from Chaozhou East to Chaoshan Airport. During the construction of these beam-fabrication yards, advanced processes, methods, and intelligent tooling equipment have been adopted, achieving efficient and intelligent production and processing of box girder prefabrication and erection, laying a solid foundation for the progress of the project.
Rural Renovation Projects in the Yuedong Area
In the 'Hundred-Thousand-Million Project' in Shanwei City, Xiaodao Village has renovated the former site of the Shanwei Shipyard, transformed the exterior facades of island residences, and built characteristic projects such as the Yidao Water Bar Street. Longjie Town in Lianping County, Heyuan City, has carried out renovations in combination with historical allusions, fully respecting the individual choices of residents and creating a distinctive rural landscape. Although these renovation projects are not directly aimed at container houses, they reflect the active exploration and practice of the Yuedong area in architectural renovation and landscape enhancement, and also provide ideas and references for the application of container houses in rural construction.
