Yongchuan Mobile Ecological Toilet Design
The design of Yongchuan mobile ecological toilets centers on modular integration technology, achieving functional optimization through systematic internal integration and featuring mobility, environmental protection, and user-friendliness.

I. Load-Bearing Unit: The Physical Basis for Mobility
The load-bearing unit employs a steel frame structure, with the main frame welded from high-quality galvanized square or channel steel to ensure structural strength and corrosion resistance. The chassis integrates lifting points, forklift slots, and trailer towing devices for rapid transportation and installation; some designs include detachable anchoring interfaces to accommodate different ground-fixing requirements. The walls adopt a composite structure consisting of exterior cladding, insulation and moisture-proof layers, and interior cladding, effectively addressing the climate characteristics of Chongqing, which experiences cold winters and hot summers with high humidity, thereby enhancing internal environmental stability.
II. Functional Module Cluster: An Integrated Solution for Hygiene and Environmental Protection
The functional module cluster encompasses three core areas: sanitation treatment, spatial facilities, and intelligent control:
- Sewage Treatment Module: Offers various options such as direct water-flush, recirculating water-flush, packaging, or biodegradation. For instance, the direct water-flush type is suitable for scenarios with access to municipal sewage networks, the recirculating water-flush type achieves water reuse through filtration and disinfection, and the biodegradation type utilizes microorganisms to decompose feces, reducing pollution emissions.
- Space and Facility Module: Includes toilets, sinks, lighting, ventilation, and other facilities, with a focus on user experience. For example, toilet dimensions are no less than 700mm×700mm to ensure comfort; flush volume is ≤1.0L per person to reduce water consumption; some products employ flip-type odor-blocking devices to prevent odor diffusion.
- Intelligent Control: Utilizes sensors to automatically adjust flushing, ventilation, and lighting, minimizing manual intervention and enhancing management efficiency.
III. Design Features: Convenience, Economy, and Environmental Protection
The overall design emphasizes the convenience of “mobile functionality,” employing green and environmentally friendly building materials (such as recyclable metals and low-formaldehyde panels) to reduce environmental impact. The appearance and internal layout can be harmonized with the surrounding landscape to enhance visual comfort. Additionally, some manufacturers offer customized services, including exterior painting, internal accessory configuration, and sewage treatment capacity adjustments, to meet the personalized needs of different scenarios.
This design enables efficient deployment, flexible adjustment, and sustainable operation of mobile toilets through modular integration technology, providing an innovative solution for public facility construction.
