For example, in the main urban areas of Fuyang City and its counties, streets in town government locations, and naturally formed bazaars, the distance between retail outlets should be no less than 50 meters; for business premises with relatively strong professional main businesses that have no direct or indirect complementary marketing relationships with cigarette retail businesses, the distance should be no less than 500 meters.
• Total quantity regulation mode: For natural villages, enclosed residential communities, urban complexes, and tourist scenic spots of AAAA grade and above, there should be no more than 5 retail outlets.
• "Region + distance" regulation mode: This mode combines regional characteristics and distance requirements for comprehensive layout to ensure a reasonable distribution of retail outlets.

Restrictions in Special Areas

Tobacco product retail outlets will not be set up within 50 meters of the passable distance from the interiors and entrances/exits (including fire exits) of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens to protect minors from the hazards of tobacco.

These measures are applicable to the setting of tobacco product retail outlets and the administration of tobacco monopoly retail licenses within the administrative region of Fuyang City. The Fuyang City Tobacco Monopoly Bureau is responsible for formulating the layout management measures for tobacco product retail outlets in the city, and each county-level tobacco monopoly bureau is responsible for the implementation of these measures within its jurisdiction.
