In July 2025, Yingde XX Co., Ltd. occupied forest land in Aishanping Village, Yingcheng Street, without going through the review and approval procedures for forest land use, to stack containers and set up offices, constituting the act of unauthorized alteration of forest land use. On November 27, 2025, Yingcheng Street imposed an administrative penalty on it, ordering it to restore the vegetation and forestry production conditions within a time limit and imposing a fine of 28,728 yuan.
