Yili Prefecture Ecological Mobile Toilets
Yili Prefecture has implemented various measures in ecological mobile toilets, including rental services, tourism toilet construction, and procurement projects.
In terms of rental services, Yili Prefecture offers mobile toilet rental services that cover a wide range of scenarios, such as marathons, concerts, music festivals, and construction sites. There are also various types of mobile toilets available for selection. For example, vehicle-mounted mobile toilets may have good mobility and flexibility, facilitating quick deployment at different venues. Classic and practical mobile toilets can meet basic toilet needs, providing convenient sanitation facilities for the organization of various events.
The construction of tourism toilets has achieved remarkable results. Xinjiang has continuously increased its efforts in tourism toilet construction, and Yili Prefecture has actively participated in this endeavor. As of now, the total number of tourism toilets across Xinjiang has reached 4,335, with plans to build 188 new fixed toilets and 47 new mobile toilets by 2026. The intelligent artistic public toilet in Yili's Nalati Scenic Area is a major highlight. Its exterior mimics a huge rock, blending seamlessly with the surrounding grasslands, snow-capped mountains, and other natural landscapes. It not only serves a practical purpose but has also become a unique scenic spot. Inside, it is equipped with intelligent sensing facilities, constant-temperature hand-washing stations, and maintains a clean and tidy environment, greatly enhancing the toilet experience for tourists. The entire Arhorqin Highway is planned to have 7 standardized service stations with 293 standardized toilet stalls. Currently, 4 of these stations are open to the public. These stations are equipped with sewage suction trucks, garbage compression trucks, and water supply trucks, and a dedicated team has been formed to carry out regular cleaning and maintenance operations, ensuring the normal use and hygiene of the mobile toilets.
Regarding procurement projects, there is a procurement project funded by the Autonomous Region's Tourism Development Special Fund (for mobile public toilets in Zhaosu County), with a budget of 600,000 yuan. The project involves the procurement of 1 mobile tourism toilet and its supporting ancillary facilities, with a contract performance period requiring completion of installation and commissioning within 60 days after contract signing to achieve the expected results. This project reflects the financial investment and standardized management in mobile toilet construction, contributing to the overall improvement of local tourism toilets.
