Yibin Prefabricated Mobile Toilet

Admin October 22, 2026

The Yibin prefabricated mobile toilet is an integrated environmentally friendly restroom with a container-based modular steel structure as its main body. It is prefabricated in the factory, assembled as a whole, and delivered as a finished product. It features zero on-site construction, rapid commissioning, and mobility and reusability, making it suitable for temporary construction, cultural tourism, emergency response, and other scenarios.

Mainstream Size Specifications

  1. Mini Single-Toilet Model: 3000×2400×2800mm, including one independent toilet cubicle and a sink, with a single-layer structure suitable for narrow spaces.
  2. 20-Foot Standard Model: 6058×2438×2896mm, equipped with 2-4 toilet cubicles, separate male and female compartments, and a sink area, primarily single-layer with reinforced models stackable up to 2 layers.
  3. 40-Foot Extended Model: 12192×2438×2896mm, containing 6-8 toilet cubicles, an accessible compartment, a management room, and a sink area, designed as a single layer.
  4. Custom Non-Standard Model: Customized dimensions based on site requirements, can be combined and assembled, with flexible planning of functional areas, and compliant temporary construction not exceeding 2 layers.

Environmental Protection and Safety Standards

  1. Anti-Seepage and Waterproofing: The container body has a waterproof rating of ≥IP65, and the floor requires a 48-hour closed water test with no leakage; the sewage storage tank/septic tank must be corrosion-resistant and anti-seepage, complying with the HJ 2029-2013 standard.
  2. Pollutant Discharge: For connection to municipal sewage networks, the GB 8978-1996 tertiary standard is followed; for non-networked reuse, the GB 18918-2002 Class 1A standard is applied; for zero-discharge models, fecal matter must be harmless (GB 7959-2012), odor emissions must comply with the GB 14554-1993 Class 2 standard, and indoor ammonia concentration must be ≤0.3mg/m³.
  3. Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety: The enclosure material must be Class A non-combustible rock wool sandwich panels, electrical wiring must be laid through metal conduits, the distribution box must be equipped with a ≤30mA leakage protection device; each container must be equipped with two 4kg ABC dry powder fire extinguishers and an independent smoke detector.

Procurement, Leasing, and Usage Pitfall Avoidance Guide

  1. Procurement: Verify the manufacturer's qualifications and test reports, clarify the configuration list, sanitary ware brands, cost details, and confirm sewage treatment capacity for scenarios without municipal sewage networks.
  2. Leasing: The contract must specify the lease term, deposit, damage compensation, maintenance responsibilities, and frequency of fecal matter removal; on-site acceptance must include photographic documentation of the original condition.
  3. Usage: It is prohibited to modify the load-bearing structure or overload stacking; fecal matter must be removed by qualified units, the placement site must be level and hardened, and in northern regions during winter, freeze protection and heating measures must be taken.
