Yanqing Rental Mobile Toilet Process
Admin September 27, 2026
The process of renting mobile toilets in Yanqing mainly includes eight steps: requirement communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

- Requirement Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the usage scenarios, such as construction sites or event venues, so that the lessor can understand the usage frequency and environmental requirements of the toilets. At the same time, they should specify the rental duration, the number of mobile toilets required, and whether special features are needed, such as sinks or air conditioners. Additionally, providing the location information of the site is necessary to facilitate subsequent transportation and installation arrangements.
- Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the lessor recommends suitable types of mobile toilets, such as single-unit toilets or connected toilets. Then, they calculate various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation costs, and provide the customer with a detailed written quotation to ensure the customer clearly understands the rental costs.
- Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the quotation proposal, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract will clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the lessor being responsible for the maintenance and repair of the toilets, and the customer being required to use the toilets properly and compensate for any damages. The customer also needs to pay a certain percentage of the deposit as stipulated in the contract.
- Preparation and Delivery: The lessor prepares clean and fully functional mobile toilets according to the agreed time and arranges suitable vehicles to transport the toilets to the customer's designated site.
- On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff will position and secure the toilets according to the actual site conditions (if securing is required) and conduct basic functional tests to ensure the toilets can be used normally.
- Rental Service: During the rental period, the lessor will provide regular cleaning services as stipulated in the contract, promptly replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and repair any malfunctions of the toilets to ensure their normal use.
- Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff will remove the securing devices of the toilets (if any) and transport the mobile toilets back for subsequent cleaning and maintenance.
- Settlement Closure: Both parties check the costs incurred during the rental period, such as whether there are any additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirmation, the lessor refunds the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire rental transaction.
