Yangxi Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Specifications

Admin October 09, 2026

The specifications of Yangxi environmental protection mobile toilets are divided into three types—single-unit, double-unit, and multi-functional—based on usage scenarios and functional requirements. The specific dimensions and design considerations are as follows:

Single-unit mobile toilets are suitable for construction sites, small events, and similar settings. Their standard dimensions are 1.2-1.5 meters in length, 1.0-1.2 meters in width, and 2.2-2.5 meters in height. This design prioritizes compactness to meet basic usage needs. According to ergonomic requirements, the toilet stall width must be no less than 0.9 meters to ensure sufficient space for users; the sink height is recommended to be 0.8-0.9 meters to accommodate the operating habits of most people. For materials, lightweight, high-strength composites (such as fiberglass) are preferred, as they reduce overall weight for easier transportation while ensuring structural stability. The base must include a drainage system, and the walls should use waterproof materials (such as PVC panels or waterproof coatings) to prevent leakage.

Double-unit mobile toilets are suitable for large events, tourist attractions, and similar settings. Their standard dimensions are 2.4-3.0 meters in length, 1.2-1.5 meters in width, and 2.2-2.5 meters in height. This design expands on the single-unit model by providing space for two independent toilet stalls or one stall plus a management room. Design considerations are similar to those of single-unit toilets but place greater emphasis on ventilation and lighting: exhaust fans or skylights can be added to the roof, and ventilation openings should be reserved in the walls to prevent odor buildup; materials should still prioritize waterproofing and moisture resistance, and the drainage system at the base should be optimized with a slope design for rapid drainage.

Multi-functional mobile toilets are suitable for high-end events, long-term fixed locations, and similar settings. Their standard dimensions are 3.0-4.5 meters in length, 2.0-2.5 meters in width, and 2.5-3.0 meters in height. This design integrates additional functional modules, such as accessible toilet stalls, baby care rooms, and management rooms, and must comply with the detailed provisions of the Urban Public Toilet Design Standard (CJJ 14-2016). For example, accessible toilet stalls must be at least 1.5 meters wide and include grab bars and emergency call devices; baby care rooms must be equipped with baby changing tables and seating. In terms of materials, in addition to waterproofing and moisture resistance, fire resistance must also be considered (e.g., using Class A fire-resistant materials) to ensure long-term safety.

All types must comply with industry standards, and some regions may impose additional requirements on dimensions or environmental performance (e.g., adding solar power systems or sewage treatment devices). Design parameters should be adjusted based on specific needs to ensure a balance between functionality and compliance.
