Yangqu Portable Toilet Installation

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation process of portable toilets in Yangqu is simple and efficient, typically following the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging'. The overall installation time can be controlled within 2 - 4 hours (for integrated toilets) to several hours (for split-type toilets).

1. Positioning and Site Preparation

Before installation, determine the toilet location based on usage requirements, prioritizing areas with solid ground and good drainage. If the site has uneven ground or soft soil, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance to ensure installation stability. This step is the foundation for ensuring the quality of subsequent assembly and requires strict inspection of ground flatness and load-bearing capacity.

2. Assembly of the Main Structure

  1. Split-type Portable Toilets:

    • Chassis Installation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position. Adjust it to a level state using a level gauge to avoid subsequent structural instability caused by tilting.
    • Wall Assembly: Insert the sandwich panel wallboards one by one into the chassis slots and fix them with bolts or clips to ensure a tight connection. Then install the roof panel and perform sealing treatment (such as applying waterproof glue) to prevent rainwater leakage. Wall installation usually takes 1 - 2 hours, and attention should be paid to the verticality of the wallboards and the sealing of the joints.
  2. Integrated Portable Toilets (Box-type Toilets):
These toilets have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory. At the site, they only need to be hoisted to the designated position as a whole using a crane, without complex assembly steps, significantly shortening the installation time.

3. Connection of Water, Electricity, and Equipment

Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, hand-washing basins (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be carried out by professional personnel, but modular design (such as quick connectors) can simplify the process and reduce construction errors. It is necessary to focus on checking the sealing of water pipes and the insulation of electrical circuits to avoid the risks of water leakage or short circuits.

4. Functional Inspection and Debugging

After installation is completed, a comprehensive test is required:

  • Flushing Test: Check the flushing force of the toilet and the water replenishment function of the water tank to ensure there is no blockage or leakage.
  • Circuit Inspection: Verify whether the lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets are working properly and check for potential electrical leakage hazards.
  • Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking the roof, wallboard joints, and door and window seals to prevent rainwater or odor leakage.

In addition, the installation process should strictly comply with standards such as the 'Hygiene Code for Portable Toilets' (GB/T 21239 - 2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards, providing users with a reliable user experience.
