Yancheng Intelligent Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 27, 2026

Yancheng intelligent mobile toilets primarily utilize metal frames, composite wall panels, non-slip and easy-drainage floors, internal fittings, and specific container materials, taking into comprehensive consideration durability, safety, ease of cleaning, and transportation convenience.

The metal frame constitutes the main structural component of the mobile toilet's overall skeleton. Most mobile toilets are welded using galvanized steel pipes or stainless steel. Galvanized steel pipes and stainless steel offer high strength, wind resistance, and earthquake resistance, enabling them to adapt to various complex outdoor environments. In coastal areas like Yancheng with high humidity, rust prevention treatment of the metal frame is particularly crucial. The galvanized layer effectively prevents rusting, significantly extending the service life.

Wall panels are primarily made of composite materials. The most widely used is the color steel sandwich panel, which consists of two layers of thin steel plates filled with polystyrene or rock wool, providing insulation, soundproofing, and flame retardancy. Some high-end mobile toilets are molded as a whole using fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), featuring a smooth surface that is easy to clean and resistant to dirt accumulation, making them ideal for scenarios requiring frequent cleaning.

The floor and internal fittings also have specific choices. The floor is typically laid with non-slip patterned aluminum plates or fiberglass grating, offering both slip resistance and easy drainage. The internal toilets are mostly stainless steel or ceramic squat toilets, paired with high-pressure water flushing systems. The interior wall panels often use compact laminate or PVC panels, which are corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof, and resistant to deformation and peeling over long-term use, ensuring a clean and durable internal environment for the mobile toilet.

Regarding container materials, some mobile toilets use containers made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, polyethylene, or metal frame composite panels. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic offers corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning but may undergo slight discoloration after prolonged exposure to sunlight. Polyethylene is lightweight and has good impact resistance but may deform under extreme temperature variations. The selection of these materials aims to meet the usage requirements of mobile toilets in different environments.
