   • The exterior design incorporates elements of the Shaanbei cave dwellings, using ochre-red terracotta panels for the facade, harmonizing with the historical and cultural landscape of Yan'an.

1. Management Structure and Construction Section Division

   • A project management team was established, clarifying the responsibilities of the project manager, technical leader, and other roles.
   • The 20 toilets were divided into three construction sections: A (Zaoyuan-Yangjialing), B (Baota Mountain-Qingliang Mountain), and C (Railway Station-Bus Station), with phased control over the construction timeline.
