Ya'an Mobile Toilet Design
The design of Ya'an mobile toilets focuses on adapting to local conditions and optimizing functionality, meeting usage demands in complex environments through multi-dimensional innovations in structure, ventilation, functionality, modularity, environmental protection, and operation and maintenance.

1. Structural and Material Optimization: Adapting to a Rainy and Humid Climate
Ya'an experiences high annual precipitation and humidity. The mobile toilets use thickened double-layer insulated sandwich panels as the main structure, which are highly sealed and offer moisture-proof and heat-insulating properties, effectively protecting internal facilities from the侵蚀 (corrosive effects) of the cold and damp environment. The floor is made of non-slip embossed aluminum panels with a drainage slope designed to ensure rapid water drainage, preventing water accumulation and leakage. Additionally, the embossed surface of the aluminum panels increases friction, reducing the risk of slipping on rainy days.
2. Ventilation System Upgrade: Ensuring Air Quality
To address the issue of unpleasant odors in traditional toilets, Ya'an mobile toilets are equipped with intelligent exhaust fan units that provide over 15 air exchanges per hour, quickly removing stale air. The system automatically adjusts fan speed based on internal humidity and temperature, and works in conjunction with activated carbon filtration devices to further adsorb odor molecules, ensuring fresh air in the usage space.
3. Luxury Functionality Configuration: Enhancing User Experience
Individual stalls are equipped with thermostatic hand-washing basins, sensor-activated faucets, and LED mirror lights to meet basic hygiene needs. The silent flushing system reduces noise through vacuum negative pressure technology, avoiding disturbance to the surrounding environment. Some premium models include additional features such as USB charging ports, warm air blowers, and fragrance diffusers for the convenience of long-term users. Models for high-altitude areas are equipped with UV-resistant coatings and low-temperature start-up protection systems to adapt to strong UV radiation and low-temperature environments.
4. Modular Custom Design: Adapting to Diverse Terrains
Three structural options are available: trailer-mounted, vehicle-mounted, and split-lift types, allowing flexible deployment in mountainous areas, narrow alleys, or areas without roads. The compact single-stall model occupies only 1.2 square meters, suitable for old urban areas or scenic trails. The split-lift type separates the fecal treatment tank from the usage area, reducing the requirement for terrain flatness and improving installation efficiency.
5. Environmental Protection and Emergency Standards: Meeting Special Scenario Needs
The factory-prefabricated, whole-unit assembly process allows for on-site setup with only water and electricity connections required, minimizing construction pollution. Environmental standards cover national mandatory standards, pollutant discharge standards, and special requirements for the toilet body. Fecal waste is treated to meet discharge standards. The toilets are equipped with emergency power ports and rapid drainage systems, making them suitable for emergency scenarios such as epidemic isolation and disaster relief.
6. Operation and Maintenance Support System: Ensuring Long-Term Stable Use
Services such as regular cleaning, filter replacement, pipeline disinfection, and circuit inspection are provided to extend the lifespan of the facilities. A 4-hour emergency response mechanism is established to quickly address issues like blockages and equipment failures, ensuring continuous usage.
