Xuzhou Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 23, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Xuzhou involves four key stages: pre-installation assessment, installation process, daily maintenance, and disassembly and transportation. Each stage must strictly adhere to technical specifications and practical requirements.

Pre-installation assessment is the foundation of the installation process and requires a comprehensive evaluation of site conditions and usage needs. In terms of site conditions, it is necessary to assess the ground bearing capacity to ensure the stability of the foundation, confirm drainage possibilities to avoid sewage accumulation, plan vehicle access routes to ensure transportation convenience, and control the distance from other functional areas to minimize interference. The availability of power supply directly affects equipment configuration; if the site has insufficient power, independent power generation equipment must be planned in advance. Regarding usage needs, the number and type of toilet units must be determined based on expected peak foot traffic, duration of use, and gender ratios. For example, high-foot-traffic scenarios require an increased number of toilet stalls, prolonged use necessitates optimized sewage storage capacity, and imbalanced gender ratios require adjustments to the ratio of male and female toilet stalls. Additionally, consideration should be given to whether to add barrier-free units to meet the needs of special populations.

The installation process centers on modular assembly and requires ensuring a flat and secure foundation and reliable pipe connections. Foundation installation must be calibrated with a level to prevent equipment tilting due to uneven ground; pipe connections must use dedicated connectors and be sealed to prevent sewage leakage or odor diffusion. Simple mobile toilets also require connection to temporary sewage pipes or the placement of independent sewage storage tanks; the former must be connected to municipal sewage networks, while the latter must be equipped with sewage extraction ports. Additionally, privacy barriers and safety signs must be installed, with barrier heights not less than 1.8 meters and materials possessing fire-resistant and wind-resistant properties.

Daily maintenance is crucial for ensuring the long-term operation of the facilities and requires formulating a maintenance plan based on usage intensity. Sanitary treatment units must be regularly emptied and replaced; for example, biological degradation toilets require the addition of bacteria every 3-5 days, while chemical treatment toilets require weekly replacement of chemicals. Accommodation units must be cleaned and disinfected daily, with a focus on high-contact areas such as door handles and flush buttons, using disinfectants that meet national hygiene standards. Consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap must be replenished daily, and sewage storage tanks must be checked for liquid levels every 2-3 days, with timely extraction when full.

Disassembly and transportation must follow a reverse process to ensure equipment reusability. Before disassembly, the sewage storage tank must be emptied and disinfected, and pipe connections must be marked for easy reinstallation. Equipment cleaning must involve high-pressure water jetting to remove surface stains and disinfectant soaking for internal cleaning. Inspections must check for deformation of structural components such as foundations and barriers, and replace aging seals and connectors. Finally, the equipment must be secured to the transportation vehicle to prevent damage from shaking during transit.
