Floors may be laminate or tile, interior finishes are more refined, and doors and windows have better materials and sealing. Electrical systems support several computers, printers, air conditioners, and similar loads at once, and can include central AC, fresh-air systems, and low-voltage cabling. Single-unit weight is usually 2.5-4 tons.
Temporary works accommodation units are smaller—for example 3 m × 6 m or more compact sizes. Design prioritizes fast assembly/disassembly and easy transport, often as modular or folding boxes. The main structure uses a light-steel frame with color-steel sandwich panels; interiors are minimal and cover only basic living needs. Weight is lighter, usually 1-1.5 tons, for easier lifting and hauling. Only basic lighting and outlets are fitted—no private bathroom—and insulation is relatively weak, so these units suit short-term use.
