Xunxian Mobile Toilet Rental Contract

Admin October 05, 2026

Currently, a complete contract text specifically for mobile toilet rentals in Xunxian has not been found. However, mobile toilet rental contracts generally include the following key elements, which can serve as a reference for signing relevant contracts in Xunxian:

I. Rental Items and Purpose The specific specifications and models (such as single-unit or connected-unit types) and quantity of the mobile toilets to be rented should be clearly stated, along with their intended use, for example, in public places (such as scenic spots and exhibitions) or temporary settings like construction sites. This clause helps avoid disputes arising from discrepancies between the rental items and actual needs.

II. Rental Period Specific start and end dates can be agreed upon (e.g., 'From X month X day, 2024, to X month X day, 2024'), or a long-term rental arrangement can be adopted (e.g., 'From the date of contract signing until the mutually agreed termination date'). For long-term rentals, conditions for renewal or termination should be clearly defined, such as providing 30 days' written notice to the other party.

III. Rent and Payment Method The total rent amount, payment ratio (e.g., a 30% advance payment), payment schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly payments), and payment method (e.g., bank transfer) should be determined. It is advisable to specify the penalty for late payment (e.g., a daily late fee of 0.5%) to safeguard the interests of both parties.

IV. Responsibilities of Both Parties

  • Party A's Responsibilities: Ensure that the mobile toilets comply with national standards (e.g., GB/T 18092-2008), and be responsible for transportation, installation, routine maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection. For long-term rentals, Party A should bear the costs of repair and maintenance (except for damage caused by Party B's improper use or human factors).
  • Party B's Responsibilities: Pay the rent on time, use the mobile toilets reasonably (e.g., refrain from disposing of hard objects that could block the pipes), prohibit unauthorized modifications or damage to the equipment, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and prohibit subletting or lending to others. For long-term rentals, if Party B needs to terminate the lease early, it should provide one month's written notice to Party A.

V. Liability for Breach of Contract

  • If Party A fails to provide mobile toilets that meet the contract requirements or fails to carry out repairs and maintenance on time, it should pay a penalty (e.g., 10% of the total rent) and compensate Party B for losses (e.g., event delay costs caused by toilet malfunctions).
  • If Party B fails to pay the rent as agreed or violates other provisions, it should pay a penalty and compensate Party A for losses (e.g., repair costs for damaged equipment).

VI. Other Clauses

  • The contract shall take effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties and shall be made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.
  • Any matters not covered herein shall be resolved through mutual consultation. Disputes shall generally be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with a court of competent jurisdiction.
  • For long-term rental contracts, it can be specified that the laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to avoid conflicts in legal application.

Suggestion: When signing a mobile toilet rental contract in Xunxian, it is necessary to negotiate specific terms with the lessor based on actual needs and, if necessary, consult with legal professionals to ensure the contract is legally valid.
