New Construction of Mobile Public Toilets
In the efforts of "Creating a Sanitary City and a Civilized City", to optimize the urban environment and meet the needs of citizens, Xuanwei follows the construction standards of a "Beautiful County" and has invested 3.9 million yuan to build 27 mobile public toilets in the core areas of the city. These toilets are reasonably laid out, with 5 toilets per square kilometer and one within 500 to 800 meters in bustling areas. Taking the mobile public toilet near the city flower on Zhenxing Street as an example, it is equipped with three independent restrooms. Each restroom has a sink outside, and inside, there are facilities such as exhaust fans, mirrors, hooks, and lighting. There is also a management room for cleaning staff. Similar toilets can also be found on sections of Xihe Road and Huanxi Road, greatly facilitating nearby residents and passing citizens. Since October this year, the Xuanwei Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has started deploying the construction of mobile public toilets. As of now, 9 have been successfully installed, with 5 officially put into use. The remaining are expected to be fully completed and put into service by mid-November.

They are of the mobile eco-friendly toilet type, with specifications of 1.1*1.1, made of color steel plates, and suitable for temperatures as low as -10℃, providing more options for customers with relevant needs.
In addition, compared to traditional public toilets, mobile public toilets have advantages such as a compact footprint, high mobility, and convenient position adjustment. They are also equipped with septic tanks installed in the civil engineering part, reflecting the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection. Each toilet has a public toilet management notice board on the wall, listing cleaning records, disinfection records, as well as information about cleaning staff and supervisors, ensuring transparent and efficient management.
