Xiushan Outdoor Mobile Toilet

Admin September 24, 2026

Xiushan outdoor mobile toilets are movable, modularly designed sanitation facilities suitable for various outdoor scenarios. They offer rental services, and their manufacturing involves core modules, production processes, and prices influenced by materials, configurations, and transportation and installation conditions.

Rental Services

Xiushan outdoor mobile toilets provide rental services, covering mobile restrooms and mobile washrooms, among others. They are suitable for a variety of scenarios, including construction sites, music festivals, scenic spots, and ecological parks, meeting the toilet needs of temporary or long-term outdoor activities.

Manufacturing

  • Core Modules
    • Structural Load-Bearing and Enclosure Modules: These use light steel keels or high-strength aluminum alloy profiles as the framework. The enclosure panels are selected based on climate and installation environment, including metal carved panels, color steel sandwich panels, or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) panels, balancing insulation, fire resistance, waterproofing, and decorative properties.
    • Sanitation Treatment Modules: These include toilets, storage or treatment devices, and ventilation ducts. Based on treatment principles, they are classified into types such as packaged, microbial degradation, vacuum self-priming, and water-flushing connected to municipal sewage networks. For example, microbial degradation types decompose excreta through bacterial strains, achieving resource utilization and reduction.
    • Internal Environment Maintenance Modules: These are equipped with lighting systems (low-power LED light sources + induction switches), exhaust systems (linked with sanitation modules), and air conditioning or heating equipment to maintain fresh and comfortable air.
  • Production Process
    • Design and Prefabricated Production: Structural decomposition design is carried out according to order parameters. Walls, roof panels, and floor frames are standardizedly cut, punched, and pre-assembled in the factory, with pipes and wires pre-laid or interfaces reserved.
    • Modular Assembly and Integration: Prefabricated wall panels, roof panels, and chassis frames are assembled on an assembly line, integrating sanitation treatment equipment, sanitary ware, and electrical control systems. Internal decoration and system debugging are completed to ensure full functionality before leaving the factory.
    • Testing and Protective Treatment: Tightness, electrical safety, and sanitation treatment system simulation operation tests are conducted. After passing the tests, external protective treatment is applied.

Price Factors

  • Materials and Craftsmanship: Fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials are mainstream in price; metal carved panels, due to their high-end appearance and complex craftsmanship, have higher prices; anti-corrosion wood materials, used for blending with natural environments, have prices influenced by wood grade and craftsmanship, not lower than fiberglass-reinforced plastic.
  • Internal Configuration and Functionality: Basic functional models are economically priced; enhanced functional models, which add barrier-free facilities, storage shelves, etc., have correspondingly increased costs; eco-friendly and technologically advanced models, which adopt cutting-edge technologies, have the highest prices.
  • Transportation and Installation Conditions: Transportation distance affects logistics costs, with higher fees for remote or complex road areas; on-site installation conditions, such as flatness, foundation construction, and mechanical assistance operations, generate additional costs, and scattered locations increase labor and time costs.
