The Xinzhou Mobile Toilet Project is a sanitation facility construction project designed for scenarios such as large-scale events, scenic spots, and temporary resettlement sites, aiming to address short-term or temporary toilet needs through modular and movable toilet units.

Project Overview and Objectives

The project is located in major public places in Xinfu District, Xinzhou City, and plans to construct 10 single mobile restrooms, each covering an area of 15 square meters. The project adopts a modular design with a lightweight steel structure, featuring waterproof, fireproof, and thermal insulation properties. The construction period is 45 days, and the quality must meet the qualified grade of the national "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" GB50300-2013. Its core objective is to quickly respond to temporary sanitation needs while considering environmental protection and durability.

Construction Preparation and Key Technologies

Three preparations must be completed before construction:

1. Technical Preparation: Focus on reviewing the layout of water supply and drainage pipelines, electrical system arrangements, and structural load-bearing nodes. Prepare a construction plan to clarify modular lifting accuracy (with an error tolerance of ±2mm), pipeline connection sealing techniques (using rubber gaskets + bolt tightening), and anti-static grounding treatment (with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω).
2. Material Preparation: Select lightweight steel structures (Q235B steel), composite wall panels (rock wool sandwich panels), sanitary ware (ceramic squat toilets + stainless steel water tanks), and sewage treatment equipment (storage or self-circulating types). All materials must be accompanied by quality certificates.
3. Site Preparation: Include site leveling (with a slope of ≤1%), temporary facility setup (such as tool rooms and material storage areas), and surveying and layout (using a total station to locate foundation coordinates).

Types and Functional Characteristics of Mobile Toilets

The Xinzhou region primarily uses trailer-mounted mobile toilets, which have the following characteristics:

• Movability: Installed on wheeled chassis, they can be relocated by vehicle traction, suitable for scenarios with frequent site changes.
• Body Material: The outer layer is made of fiberglass or metal panels, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The internal treatment system is divided into storage types (relying on external disposal) and self-circulating types (equipped with biological or chemical treatment devices to reduce sewage discharge).
• Environmental Adaptability: Designed with wind-resistant stabilization structures (such as ground anchors) and winter anti-freezing measures (such as pipeline insulation layers and electric tracing systems).
